Return & Special Order Policy
Return Policy:
Returns UNDER $20.00 must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt for a cash refund. Without receipt for returns under $20.00, store credit/exchange will be given. Returns OVER $20.00 MUST be accompanied by the original purchase receipt for a cash refund OR a store credit/ exchange. Without an original receipt for a product over $20.00, no refund or store credit or exchange will be issued.
Special Order Policy:
Community Market offers a 10% case discount on special orders. Most items must be ordered by the full case to receive the 10% case discount, however for items available individually, the customer must order a minimum of 6 to get the discount.
Sale items
There are no case discounts on sale items. In order to receive the sale price, special orders need to be placed a minimum of 5 days before the end of the month.
All special orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of arrival. If you have any questions regarding a specific special order, please contact the buyer of that department.

Community Market is located at 1899 Mendocino Ave. in Santa Rosa, California. Our store entrance and the parking lot is located behind Govinda's (now Gaia's Garden) Restaurant and The Last Record Store.
